4 x Strides on HarrisY Grass Field + 4 x Drills
None of these felt "crisp" - all felt "dull" where I felt like accelerating to speed and maintaining was more "forced". Struggled w/trying to find the correct bio-mechanics. Right hamstring did not hurt or register discomfort which was notable. All 4 of these were remarkably consistent (consistently mediocre). Did 4 x (20x running butt kicks + 10x high knees + 10x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50 yds toe offs). Accurate splits below:
