Easy Jog back to home fr North Castle.
Kept it easy as possible. Not feeling so bad after X-Mass nite and X-Mass dinners (where I tried to moderate food intake but I usually gain 4-5 pounds over the days spent here). I was at 191 the day prior to when I flew out so it will be interesting to see where I'm at when back.
