6 x Hill Sprints (+6x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50m toe offs)
Because of time constraints ran the first 5 up Cameron Valley fr Phillips Pl clubhouse & then #6 up fr The Palm parking lot to Allen Tate. This was a double so legs felt tired but stronger vs prior doubles. Felt especially "quick" on #1 & #5 & especially so on #6. Accurate splits below:
