Recovery Run

62 degrees. Ran around SPark area. Very easy pace (recovery pace). Focused on breathing thru nose (ensuring pace is slow) and quick cadence. Pain in left groin is reoccurring for some reason (over past four days, feel the pain post-run, after icing post-run I don't feel it following day but after run its there). Also started to feel instability in upper right leg along outside (IT band) -- rolled this post-run and feels much better so hopefully can remedy this (did not feel the signature pain when I rolled the IT band but perhaps I got it before it started to get bad).
