4 x Strides on HarrisY (dirt path)
Too wet to run on grass. Given how fast I ran the hill sprints yesterday, purposely ran these slower as I did not want to tweak the ligament or tendon in upper inside left leg whenever I go faster. "Eased" into these but they were all under control. Accurate splits:
