3 x Strides on HarrisY grass field (+ 3x drills)
Felt some level of fatigue in legs. These did not feel "crisp". On #2 and #3 focused on "paw back" (snapping legs back) & felt more powerful On each one slowed a bit at the end because the field was water logged. Did 3x drills (18x butt kicks + 10x high knees + 50 yds toe offs). Accurate splits below:
