Very Easy Run
The sun came out, it got hotter & extremely humid. This was a "jog journey" to get my car fr Bronxville which involved jogging fr my home to the White Plains train station (the first 2.65 miles starting fr Orchard St bridge into back neighborhood to No White Plains train station onto Bronx River trail & to White Plains train station - extremely humid). Then waited & got on train to Bronxville & then jogged near train station & over to pick up my car (mi 2.65 - 4.5: after I stepped off train I felt so stiff to start it was a monumental struggle & my map clearly shows this for that first mile - after that I "loosened" up but it was very humid still).
