5 x Hill Sprints - up Reservoir Rd - 5:45 Avg [+50m toe offs]
It took me 2 to really get into this & feel fluid & fast getting up the hill (vs on #1 & much more so on #2 feeling awkward & stiff). After #2 felt so much better & stronger. Given how tired I felt & have not recovered fr the 10 hr trip in the car I was happy with these results. Accurate splits below:
