100 w/u

400/300/200/100/200 - mixed w/the 300 thru 100 swimming IM

150/100/100/100/50 - first 100 then 50 IM order, last 50 easy

tried to do strong 50bk/50fr for the 50 but calf cramped up too badly after push off on flip turn to free

(All wearing Zoomers). All bk turns triple underwater dolphin (quadruple underwater dolphin on any open turn).

Adductor felt ok on all kicking. Could still feel a "pinch" on flip turns, so again after about 1,000 yds did open turns every other turn to minimize stress. Shoulders/arms sore fr yesterday and back/trunk sore fr the dolphin kicking. Lost 2 lbs compared to yesterday.
