(un)Very Easy Run
After workout Sat I found I was not running in a strong form so consciously mirrored that form fr Sat. I felt much stronger & more powerful and found myself focusing on maintaining this form & cadence (as it is not instinctual yet so it was difficult to "settle into a rhythm" but I can really feel the difference - I no longer felt "sluggish", or if I was running on a sandy beach. My pace showed a big difference in that I was more consistent in very humid conditions. Ran this in/around Phillips Pl - ran the first 3 miles & then began to feel like I was overheating so stopped to vent heat. Interesting in that when I resumed, I purposely ran this significantly slower yet mi 4 was the similar to the prior miles.
