Very Slow Long Run

78 deg / 45% H [55 DP]. A very slow (on purpose) long run. Usually after a day off I feel "fresh" but after fast walk warmup as I transitioned into run did feel like I had "fresh legs" and concerned I had residual soreness fr workout on Thur (first workout in 6 mo) so then basically "shut things down". Also was concerned about the PF pain in my right (felt so much better after day of rest, no real pain in the morning, did not want this to get back to where it was last Sat where it felt really bad). Tried to focus on not running fast and shortening my stride as much as possible. This was more boring than anything and decided to experiment. First two miles were very windy going in and out of parking lots running thru apartment development behind Beverly Woods, then mile 3 along the trail there where I ran it very slow, then very rolling (climbed up to Quail Hollow, then to Glen Eagles and over to Park, then to South Meck to run a lap around their football grass field, and then back to HarrisY. Felt some foot pain right at 10 miles but fortunately went away quickly.
