Ran fr HarrisY back to Phillips Place. When I started I had doubts I whether I could make it a 1/4 mi without stopped. I felt really terrible despite dousing myself w/water just prior. Felt like I was jogging in wet cement. After about a mile I began to feel much better and it didn't feel like I was working as hard & pace picked up. Only positive thing is that my "cool down pace" where I feel mostly terrible is faster?
