3 x Strides & Drills on HarrisY Field
Kept the strides to a minimum as ran 4 x hill sprints last night and several strides before time trail on Sat. Worked on drills in between these strides -- 3 x (25 yds of butt kicks, 20 yds of high knees, 35 yds of paw backs). Could feel the prior sprint work of the past several days as legs were not "fresh" but still felt speedy, and did not push anything. Accurate splits below:
