5 x Hill Springs up Cameron Valley Pkwy + 50m toe offs
Ran these very consistently which was my goal. Felt much stronger & bio-mechanically sound running these vs prior weeks. My HR metrics were obviously way off towards the end of this. Accurate splits below:
