Very Easy Run
Felt utterly exhausted attempting to jog this. I have not shaken off the effects of the 700 mile drive fr NC up to NY. Had to stop 2x and not because it was 76 or jogging in the mid-day sun but I was exhausted. Jogged this in/around Scarsdale HS. I felt incredibly weak - felt really weak running up any incline. Jogged this mainly in/around the HS in the parking lots and ventured down Brewster & back. I'm surprised at the pace as this felt like 12 min/mi pace.
