6 x Hill Sprints (+ 5 x Drills)
Felt significantly stronger running these -- noticed that I could sprint and maintain speed up the hill vs. the prior weeks. First three felt crisp, #4 felt rough, hit the stop vs. lap button on #5 & #6 felt good. Also did 5 x (18x running butt kicks, 9x high knees & 50 yds of toe offs -- felt like my bio-mechanics improved especially running the toe offs). Accurate splits below:
