9 x Hill Sprints
Did three cycles of two sprints up Clove Rd (steep) and one up Emmalon (not very steep & flattens out at top). Forgot to turn watch on for #1. Felt much better bounding up Clove Rd than I did a month ago running up same hill. Focused on gaining speed, keeping stride short, knees high and bounding up hill. The sprints up Emmalon allowed me to run the final 1/4 at the crest of the hill as it flattened. Accurate splits below:
