Very Easy Run
Sporadic rain so ran this underneath cinema lot which means I ran this for time as the Garmin is not reliable running in a covered lot. Decided to run in one of my new Novablast's vs in the Gel Flux & that made a big difference. However, I felt dead, very weak & this was a struggle. I struggled with these very warm Dec temperatures (63 dew pt) and started to overheat 1/2 way through (I completely lost rhythm). Walked around to cool down, took shirt off, and able to finish.
