Ran the first 5 fr the fountain in front of the Hotel in Phillps Pl down Phillips Ct Pl & curled right to RH. I felt sluggish on #1 but did not feel quick. For the last 2 I ran one loop of the cinema lot & running in cinema lot & run these much faster since it is like running on a track where I can measure my distance better & also have a better sense of my speed.
Some interesting metrics: on #7 cadence was 183 w/GCT of 228 & 1.24m stride length. Cadence was 174 w/GCT 237 & stride length abt the same on #6. Normally when I run faster my stride length increases yet on #8 cadence was the different (never have seen that?). Then the difference between #6 & the first 5 were stride length?
