Easy Run
55 degrees. Charlotte Meet-up Wed run (10 runners). Ran out in front w/Will & Cody. Pace was varied & conversational. The extreme soreness in my legs fr the resumption of deadlifts in my lifting regime subsided significantly (did a set last nite). Ran the last 2 miles by myself. Focused on stride and "paw back" and for the first time in many months felt stronger and stable.
