6 x Strides along Dilworth Speed Loop
It was hard to figure out 80-100 yards as there are no telephone poles along Dilworth (either underground or back-yd pole access). Ran these consistently, the pace on #5 somehow got messed up. Did feel stress in leg/groin on #5 and #6 (probably due to the speed I accelerated to). Accurate splits:
