[did this set 6 wks ago, today I'm 10-15 sec faster at 5k pace, 12 sec faster at Tempo, and felt good on these & first two were easy (vs. 6 wks ago where some were a struggle), but I ran a 1:12 1/4 mi 6 wks ago vs. 1:15 today?.
