Easy Run
Feels so much hotter & more humid vs what the numbers show. I tried to run this at the same speed/effort as I did last Mon when I ran at 8:30 pace in much more humid conditions. Had no "power" or "strength" & legs felt "dull". And this was a net downhill. Started fr Allen Tate ran down Fairview left on Sharon left into far entrance in Church left & looped lower lot back & down far entrance (mi 1- felt good, legs felt springier, but "duller" vs last Mon), right on Sharon past hotel left on Fairview down hill past BOA left into corp park (mi 2 - did not feel "strong", maintained rhythm, but could feel heat getting to me), left past Zoe's looped around BOA down Fairview left on Barclay Downs right into corp park right then left down Sharon left on Piedmont Row around Ruth Chris right & looped around Panera into Ruth Chris looped around right & looped twice around Panera (mi 3 - after the first 1/3 of a mi I could feel myself "dying" as it was more & more challenging to maintain pace & rhythm, the heat was eating me alive - unfathomable how my pace dropped off so badly?)?
