Notes

All w/zoomers. Triple dolphin underwater off wall on Bk, quadruple dolphin underwater on Fly. Felt so much stronger and could feel stroke. I was about 15 seconds faster on each 150 vs. last wk and 7 seconds faster on the 100's. Plus on the 50's felt more powerful. Lets see, if I go another 3 wks, I can get in decent shape and have decent strength in the water (or go back to running?)?

600 mixed (rest 1min) then 3 x 150 (IM + Bk/Fr) on 2:45 avg 2:12+

500 mixed (rest 1min) then 3 x 100 (IM) on 1:45 avg 1:25+

400 mixed (rest 1min) then 3 x 50 on 1:00 - Fly Kick/Bk: 0:40, Bk: 0:37+; Bk/Fr: 0:34+
