Easy Run [7:49 pace p mi adj for heat]

80 deg / 69% H [69 DP]. Did 2x drills prior (no real pain on running butt kicks). Felt really miserable out w/oppressive dew pt. When I started out my legs felt great, hips felt strong and everything felt fluid but after a mile or so the tropical conditions began to make things difficult (pouring sweat). At two miles I kind of lost rhythm for about 3-4 minutes (felt a stitch coming on and felt "hot" even though this was easy). Fortunately there was another person on the trail and was trying to run loops in the grass so I get behind him, but then dropped out at mile 3 -- so the final 3 miles became a boring run in oppressive humidity with nobody around! At mile 4 I was drenched in sweat and also started to feel really hot, to the point where at around 4.6 miles stopped by the water fountain and poured water all over my body to cool down. After a minute or so, then slogged out the final 1.4 miles (this felt a lot slower then what I ran this at). Felt some pangs of pain in left foot around mile 4, did not feel any calf tension during run, really felt left foot pain for the first 30 seconds after I resumed after pouring water on myself to cool down at 4.6 miles.
