6 x Hill Sprints + 6x toe offs + 4x drills
Felt even more better vs. last week -- legs feel more springy, feel faster, could explode more to start and could also move into a faster gear. These all felt the same (despite what happened with #6). Form felt really good, leg turnover felt good, may be overstriding only at the very end. Also did 6x 50 yards of toe offs + 4x drills (20x running butt kicks + 8x side leg stretch + 12x high knees). Accurate splits below:
