Easy Run (7:47 pace p mi adj for heat)
91 degrees, 35% humidity. Arizona hot out. Ran this controlled (given the heat) with the goal of trying to go 4 miles on a hilly/rolling course. At around 3 miles (24 min) started to feel this and decided to push through (w/the remainder up the hill). Decided to stop at 4.25 miles. walk some. then finished up w/another mile. Started to feel tightness/discomfort along medial side of left knee/quad (which is not a good sign as this side was supposed to be healed?).
