4 x Hill Sprints - up Cameron Valley in front of Phillips Pl leasing office (+9x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50m toe offs)

Ran these surprisingly swift & felt comfortable running these (esp since I did not have an optimal launch pad - had to make two quick 90 degree turns). On each I focused on not going to hard, focusing on cadence, shorter strides & being quick/swift. #1 felt really easy, #2 ran it too nonchalant, #3 regained form from #1 & purposely lengthened sprint as the first two were too short, and then on #4 began to feel somewhat tired/weaker fr the heat sapping my energy.
