6 x Strides on HarrisY Trail
Ran these with the Newton Perf Trainers. Felt the strain in my upper left quad/groin in the beginning. Did not feel "fast" or "speedy". Did first four on grass, last two on dirt. Sped up on the last one. Accurate splits below:
