4 x Strides on HarrisY Field
180 degrees opposite vs. the strides I ran Monday nite. These felt effortless. First two felt like I was on cruise control. Put a little more effort into the last two. Because of the soggy conditions, these were all run 1/2 on spongy grass and 1/2 on dirt trail (so not straight because one end of grass field very soggy). Accurate splits:
