For as much as I feel a little better and making progress, this right Psoas strain is still a big problem. I'm better able to run now. Today I tried some various core work I've been avoiding to let this heal and gauge its progress. I lay on my stomach (arms xtended straight out) and can bring both arms and legs up w/out issues, but when I tried bringing opposite arm/leg up I could only hold this 3-4 sec before onset of pain (last week couldn't contemplate this). Tried a bicycle and no go as I could not try one since getting into position to do this was stressing the Psoas pretty badly. Can't contemplate any strides or workouts for the near future!
