Easy Run
South Park to Queens Univ and back along Selywn & left on Colony by Myers Pk HS. Hilly route. Legs felt sore/tired from yesterday. This was a hilly route so could feel it during the various steeper climbs. Felt my right hamstring tighten up again for about 30 seconds (at 2.5 miles) & then disappeared. Stopped close to 6 miles to pull shirt off as it was very humid (soaked thru the shirt). Ran alongside someone up Colony fr Runnymeade which gave me a push at the end of mile 5 and for most of mile 6.
