(un)Very Easy Run
First day dealing with >62 dew pt in over 3 weeks & I really struggled. But worse is that I felt like I was having a heart attack &/or aneurysm which overshadowed this run - confined myself to running in Phillips Pl in case this was real. Ran loops in the hotel/Palm side and had to stop at 1.4 mi for what felt like I was having a heart attack, and then walked around for five minutes & resumed running another loop of & then down to other side looping small lot & then out/in entrance looping small lot & then looping around RH & then stopping again at 2.9 mi for "episode 2". After venting heat & trying to relax, resumed & felt much much better, more relaxed, not hot running various loops on other side before finishing up running loops of cinema lot & then to out PF Changes for the final ~1k finishing stronger.
