5 x Hill Sprints up Carnegie fr Barclay Downs (plus 4x 50 yds toe offs)

Accurate splits below. Foot (fortunately) did not hurt when I did these. On these I felt like I died over the last 20-30m on each. And on some it felt like my turnover was there but my feet were in quicksand? Literally tried to "grind" thru these and not give in. Ran these w/less recovery (~2:30 to 2:45) & more jogging vs. last week (more walking, longer recovery). Also did not feel these deep into my core like last wk.
