Easy Run
72 degrees, humid. Charlotte Meet-up Wed run (8 runners despite very ominous forecast, severe weather predicted). Ran easy starting out slow. At the one mile mark ran with Joey who is coming back fr an injury and ran w/him to the 6 mile mark (ran at a steady/conversational pace). At this point weather cleared but it was relatively warm/hot. Had about 4 near misses fr cars, 3 of them in mile 6 where we had to stop to avoid being hit. Ran the final 1.6 miles by myself. Groin/leg was ok (hurt on a 2/10 scale at the start), no problems w/quad, and foot was ok despite wearing the much lighter NB903's tonite.
