50 min on elliptical - 6.39 miles (7:49 pace p mi)
Felt considerably more discomfort in right leg (insertion point on bone in mid-quad). Good sign as I did not feel anything in leg during this effort. Pushed the final 10 minutes of this which resulted in getting HR over 150. No discomfort post-elliptical which is a good sign (in that the discomfort may be muscular which will go away).
