6 x Hill Sprints up Reservoir Rd by Stop & Shop (+50m toe offs)
Legs did not feel "fresh" as I ran yesterday so focused on form (high cadence & short strides) + powering thru the entire sprint. I felt about the same throughout & actually felt somewhat stronger to the finish on the last three. Accurate splits below...
