10 x 120 yd Speed Set (5:25 avg)
Goal: I was going to run 4 strides
Actual: I extended the 1st one (actually thought it was 180-200 yds), was going to run 6x of these but upped to 10
On all of these I focused on form (running these in a relaxed state, short strides & not running hard - more like "gliding"). All of these were relatively fast & consistent and finished stronger (the fastest #9 when I thought a car was going to block me & I sped up to avoid). Also ran these in "bulkier" shoes compared to Newtons. Accurate splits below:
