Easy Warmup
Legs felt good and ran this very easy. Over the first mile got a series of "weird pains" that then went away -- pain in right shin I have never felt prior, then severe pain in the metatarsal as if there was a rock in my shoe and I was constantly stepping on it (it really started to hurt to the point where I was going to stop). At the 1/2 point had to stop and tie the laces tighter on my right shoe. Began to feel much better bio-mechanically in the 2nd half of this run.
