Fast walk - taped left foot. Left foot hurt much more almost similar to last Tue when it became a problem. Felt very tight over the first mile and then started to loosen up a little. The pace corresponds to how my foot felt (and at some points over last two miles it would hurt in my arch and then the pain was disappear, then reappear?). Post run both feet really hurt last nite -- but then the following day it hurt much less??
