3.5 miles of Running Strides
Part 1: 2.5 miles = 10 x Running Strides - 5:46 pace avg
Part 2: 1.5 miles = 4 x Running Strides - 6:13 pace avg
Ran these in the cinema lot & after the first two & on #3 had to take 5 sec as I felt like my core was going seize up. Ran these closer to goal pace esp on #1 & #1 & purposely did that although to a degree is was cold out & I was getting cold. I was going to do another but on #4 I felt really flat as if I hit my limit & felt law of diminishing returns was going to rear its ugly head.
