Easy Run [8:05 pace p mi adj for heat]

67 deg / 90% H [64 DP]. Very late start. Did 2x drills (nominal pain in right foot during butt kicks). Started out and felt pain in right foot but was manageable. Could sense that legs did not feel "fresh" at the beginning & not sure if it was the hill workout yesterday and/or that I lifted beforehand. As I look at my splits did not realize how slow I started out (and this felt like I was "grinding it out"). As the run progressed my legs felt sore/tired similar to how I feel when starting a workout cycle and running the day after a workout for that first month. Really had to concentrate to grind this out. Mile 4 and 5 felt the same as the prior miles (not sure why the pace increased). Pain in right foot subsided after .8 miles. Made a stop at Walgrens at end of mile 5, and when I resumed for about the first minute right foot began to really hurt!

Post-run (5 hours) I'm totally exhausted as if I ran a major workout & not sure why?
