5 x Hill Sprints + 50m toe offs
Because of time ran the Hill Sprints first so ~ 2 mile warmup & then 5 x Hill sprints with the first four up Seneca fr Brookdale which is steeper & then #5 up Seneca fr Rt 22. Did not feel overly "crisp" or strong on these for whatever reason. Messed up #1 as I forget to get the lap time.
