Easy Run [7:56 pace p mi adj for heat]

80 deg / 43% H [56 DP]. Did 2x drills prior (no pain in right foot during butt kicks). Started out and legs felt 200% better vs. yesterday (and really focused on controlling pace). Felt the pain in lateral side of right foot at start. Pain was more to start (not the level of pain to give me 2nd thoughts about continuing). About a mile in the pain was very low level and began to make small adjustments to form where the pain would go away -- mid/forefront plant & shortened stride, This was mostly a boring run with lots and lots of turns -- in mile 3 I actually felt the worst as my rhythm got out of whack. Over the last mile again made an adjustment running up Fairview to Sharon (shortening stride while going uphill) and magically any pain feeling went away.
