3 x Strides on HarrisY trail + 3x drills
HarrisY field covered in fog and grass was soaking wet. Did the first 2 along the dirt trail (hated running on this) and then ran the last stride on the grass (felt a ton more fluid but I was very guarded on this and slowed to avoid running into a bog). Pressed for time. Did 3 x (14x butt kicks + 10x high knees + 50 yds toe offs). Did not feel "sharp" and these took a bit more effort. Accurate splits:
