Easy Run (7:53 pace p mi adj for heat)
82 degrees, 48% humidity, 60 dew pt. Hot and first time running this year > 60 deg dew pt. When I walked fast warming up did not feel left Adductor. But on first stride running I did in fact feel the Adductor. I started slow on purpose, it got tight, I pondered whether I would have to stop over the first 1/2 mile. After a mile I started to feel it less (would feel it on inclines but not declines). I felt better running vs. Wed but absolutely no idea of pace. I also had that "impatience" feeling I have when I'm trying to ramp back and each mile seems longer than usual. Goal was to run out to 3 miles or ~25 minutes, walk a minute and then run the final mile assuming left felt ok. Hit the 3 mile mark and looked at split and amazed how much better "in shape" I felt vs. Wed, walked and did not feel anything acute, and then punched out the final mile.
Left Adductor felt much better post-run vs. Wed but will need to see what happens in 5-6 hours. Left IT Band appears to be an ongoing problem.
