4 x Strides on Harris Y Field + Drills
Not sure how I would feel on these. First one felt quick but really did not push it. Did drills (2x) after #1 and #3 [40 yds butt kicks + 8 walking high-knees + 50 yds paw backs]. On #2 I fumbled with the watch missing the lap key and then hitting the stop key by mistake (so that was quicker). And then throttled back on #3 and #4 and ran them under control. Accurate splits below:
