Very Easy Run
Sprained right foot Thur, it hurt Fri & felt discomfort in plantar (underfoot area) which is more concerning. I lifted & because I felt better vs several hours prior, and that it was nice & cool out, attempted to run very very easy in the heavily cushioned shoes. Ran this around Phillips Pl parking lots for first 3.5 miles (in case I had to stop because of pain it would be a very short walk back!), feet felt good & more so no pain when turning right. Then ran up Fairview left on Ashley left on Sharon left into far entrance into Church to lower parking lot, looped twice & then out far entrance right on Sharon left on Fairview left into Sharon Roads shopping center & out Sharon Rd entrance left & then right up Fairview into PF Chang looped around & back to Phillips Pl. Ran this very easy, could hold a conversation the entire time, form felt strong & core felt strong. Even splitted the entire run which is always a good sign running very easy.
