Easy Run
Legs/body felt fatigued as if muscles were all stretched out rubber bands. Had no strength. At least my splits were consistent yet I did not feel that way. Ran this in/around Phillips Pl. Started at the hotel & ran down to other side where I ran loops into small lot 2x & around RH & then 2x in small lot in/out entrance & did 3.5 of these loops (thru mi 3.35 - felt horrible to start as I felt like was overloaded with lactic acid, & felt out of rhythm thru mi 2 where I finally was able to regain rhythm, and then my body & legs felt tired), ran into cinema lot & ran 8+ loops including 3 zig/zag to start & then finished out running figure 8s (felt really weak running these, had no higher gear to switch up to).
