Easy (Hillier) Run - SPark Area
Ran a more hillier run (and worked the hills). I think the fact that it was 42 degrees helped in that I felt strong throughout the run (especially climbing the hills) and AHR was in a good place. No foot issues (first time both foot issues were fine two days in a row). This week I start going three days in a row and will target low/mid 40's in mileage.
